Submitting documents of Jewish origin

The following documents are necessary for Application Process:

1. Completely filled out Scholarship Application Form
2. Passport copy of applicant
3. Birth certificate of applicant
4. Birth certificate of mother
5. Birth certificate of mother’s mother

The following documents can also be helpful for faster processing:

1. Passports of applicants and parents
2. Parents marriage certificates (if applicable)
3. Parents religious marriage certificates-Ktuva (if available)
4. Parents divorce documents (if applicable)
5. Conversion certificate (if applicable)
6. Family death certificates (grand parents etc.)
7. Family pictures and tomb pictures
8. Community membership conformation
9. Military ID
10. Any other document or piece of evidence

Applicant providing document confirming Jewish origin from the following Rabbis and prganization, do not need to submit any documents.

3. Rabbi Baruch Oberlander, Budapest, Hungary
