Jewish Heritage Center

The Jewish Heritage Center is the University's on-campus student organization. Its role is to hold Jewish traditional and cultural experiences for the benefit of the on-campus and off-campus Jewish students. The Center also opens its gates and activities to Jewish students studying in other academic institutes in Vienna. The Center's actions complete the general objective of the LBS scholarship Program' of training tomorrow's Jewish community leaders throughout Europe and world-wide. The programs and events take place during the students' leisure time and focus on fun and creative experiences.
While it is true that a student's university experience is largely what he or she makes it to be, our community is meant to play a supporting role in each student's success.

The JHC has been active since 2003. In the beginning, both our running activities and special events were focused for Jewish students in general. From year to year the activities have increased both in quality and quantity. The JHC is currently focusing on developing unique sectored programming based on age, field of interest, languages and more.
